In addition to real estate, I bring to the table over 15 years of experience as a sports agent representing professional baseball players in extensive contract negotiations.

Sherry Wenrich — Website Correspondence Coordinator: Sherry emails or calls each person who contacts our team through our website to ensure that they receive the information they request and corresponds with them to connect them the appropriate resources to help in their home search.

Debbie Philpot — Transaction Coordinator: From the time your home is under contract until the closing celebration, Debbie handles the details of helping to coordinate the building and termite inspections and interfacing with the insurance, mortgage and title companies, as well as the other Realtor in the transaction. She is a key resource during this stage, and communicates effectively and efficiently.

Erin Hardison — Marketing Coordinator: Erin coordinates the marketing of the homes our team lists via virtual tours, flyers, internet search engines and more. She updates and manages our team's websites, coordinates mailings and helps with special projects to keep our office running smoothly.
